Service Day - AgMagic
Location: Parker Coliseum
Time: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (various shifts)
Kick off College of Ag Week by supporting the LSU AgCenter and making a difference in our community! Join us as we volunteer at AgMagic as tour guides or table hosts, helping create an engaging and educational experience for thousands of students across the Baton Rouge area. This event introduces youth to Louisiana agriculture, connects them to where their food and fiber come from, and inspires the next generation of agricultural leaders. Come serve, represent the College of Agriculture, and be part of an event that truly makes an impact.

Ag Olympics
Location: Parade Grounds
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 PM
Get ready for one of the most exciting events of College of Ag Week, Ag Olympics! Students can sign up and choose which events they’d like to compete in, including the Egg & Spoon Race (2-person teams) and the Sack Race. Whether you’re competing or cheering on your friends, there’s something for everyone. Awards will be given for each event, and food will be provided thanks to our partnership with Block & Bridle. Come out for friendly competition, great food, and a fun way to celebrate Ag Week together!

Attention aspiring veterinarians! You won't want to miss this event, hosted as part of Ag Week 2026! Learn about the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine admissions process with Dr. Gretchen Delcambre, Assistant Dean for Student Outreach and Veterinary Admissions, alongside LSU Vet School Student Ambassadors.
Cooking it with Ag
Location: Human Ecology Building Kitchen
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Join us for Cooking It with Ag as we learn how to prepare simple, affordable meals perfect for busy college students. Mrs. Judy Myhand will walk us through easy recipes, budgeting tips, and practical kitchen skills to help you make the most of your grocery dollars. She will also cover important nutritional information, helping you understand how to build balanced, healthy meals while staying on a budget. Come hungry and ready to learn!

Louisiana Agribusiness Panel
Location: Capital Chamber Room (329 LSU Student Union)
Time: 4:30 - 5:30 P.M.
The Louisiana Agribusiness Panel will bring together agribusiness leaders from all across Louisiana to talk about their experiences, current events, what they've learned, and any advice they have for students. The panel will be ~45 minutes, and there will be a short networking session after.
Alumni Expert Panel: Translating the Dietary Guidelines into Practice
Location: 214 Efferson Hall
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
This moderated discussion will feature LSU graduates currently working in clinical care, community nutrition, foodservice management, and industry. Panelists will share how evolving national nutrition recommendations influence program development, client care, food systems decision-making, and agricultural partnerships.

Club of the Year & Advisor of the Year Award Announcements
Join us as we celebrate excellence within the College of Agriculture with the announcement of our Club of the Year and Advisor of the Year award winners. These awards recognize outstanding leadership, service, and commitment to strengthening our college community. Winners will be announced via social media (@lsuagstudentassociation) as we honor the individuals and organizations who have made a lasting impact this year.
