Michelle Hultberg is the Managing Director at Harris, DeVille & Associates, an issues management and strategic communications firm. Michelle specializes in strategic communications planning, development and implementation of public affairs programs, crisis communications and community and media relations. With nearly 20 years of experience in public affairs for oil, gas and energy industry clients, she provides ongoing strategic public and government affairs support for several industrial manufacturing facilities and energy pipelines. From message development and issue identification to stakeholder engagement and strategic community investment programs, she has supported the siting and development of over $30 billion in world-scale energy projects including LNG, chemicals production and natural gas pipelines. Michelle also oversees the development of communications materials, video projects and major celebratory events for HDA clients. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and minors in business and French. Michelle also earned a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from LSU.
