Fees for Using HireRight

The total fee charged by HireRight is the sum of the HireRight fee and the state fee.

• HireRight charges a $3.00 service fee.
• States charge a fee for a copy of certified motor vehicle records (MVRs). These fees are paid to the license state through HireRight.

An example of the total cost of an MVR from Texas is below:

• HireRight Fee - $3.00
• Texas State Fee - $6.50
• Total cost for a Texas MVR - $9.50
