Dr. Sontag is an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the School of Kinesiology
beginning in 2024. Previously, her research had a focus on neuromuscular, musculoskeletal,
and performance adaptations involving different exercise modalities. In addition to
her research and instructional teaching experience over the past 6 years, as a CSCS
and certified yoga instructor, she was active in data analysis, training, and coaching
for athletes and non-athletes ranging from 5-87 years old.
