We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting payment for all copies of reports through our online portal. Submit your report request through the form below and you will be contacted with your total, as well as a link to submit payment. We are no longer accepting cash or checks for report purchases.
**Effective November 1, 2025 all reports are $15.00 each**
