Monthly, by the middle of the month following the expense date

Refuse/Recycle Billing

Monthly, by the end of the month following the month of service (i.e., January services billed by end of February)

Supply Issues from University Stores

Bi-monthly, mid-month for transactions through the 15^th, and end of the month for transactions after the 15^th

Utility Billing

Monthly, by the end of the month following the month of service (i.e., bill January services by the end of February)

Work Order Billing

July-April: Monthly, by the 10^th of the month following expense date

May: Twice monthly, mid-month for transactions through the 15^th, and end of the month for transactions after the 15^th

June: Weekly, on a Monday for the previous week’s expenses
